4. Payments
All invoices must be paid according to agreed payment terms. Failure to make payments may result in: • Suspension of services • Removal of access • Delayed project delivery
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Macropage retains ownership of proprietary frameworks and tools. • Clients retain ownership of their business data. • Custom-developed solutions may be transferred upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
MR TECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD shall not be liable for: • Indirect damages • Loss of profits • Business interruptions • Third-party platform failures • WhatsApp/Meta policy changes Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services by written notice. Outstanding dues remain payable upon termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
