This Agreement establishes the general terms under which Macropage provides services to clients.
2. Services
Services may include: • Software Development • Mobile App Development • Website Development • WhatsApp API Integration • AI Solutions • ERP Systems • CRM Systems • Business Automation • API Development • Cloud Services
3. Statements of Work (SOW)
Specific projects shall be governed through individual Statements of Work defining: • Scope • Deliverables • Timelines • Pricing • Support terms
4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay according to approved quotations and invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of: • Business information • Source code • Customer data • Proprietary information
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment: • Client owns agreed deliverables. • Macropage retains ownership of proprietary frameworks and reusable components.
7. Warranties
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. No guarantee is provided regarding: • Third-party platform uptime • Regulatory changes • Meta/WhatsApp policy changes
8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid under the relevant project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice.

Jurisdiction: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.
